A 3 man team arrived right on time and skillfully maneuvered to park in a tight residential street. They were smart and easy to communicate with and the move-out went smoothly and efficiently. As it was raining, chairs, tables and bed were quickly disassembled, plastic-wrapped and loaded. A bulky desk was taken out down a narrow bend in a stairwell, an impressive job on a difficult task. Items were transported quickly to the new address. Move-in performance was also very good. Many heavy boxes were carried quickly up to 3rd floor location without elevator. Major furniture was set up exactly as requested. The crew were capable, adaptable and worked well together. A few minor points suggest some room for improvement: leaving behind a toolkit at the old residence, and a swing door, indicate perhaps a more systematic approach with checklist might be useful. Slower, more cautious rearranging of large, fragile unpacked items would also be a plus. On the whole, service was excellent and I was quite happy with the overall moving experience.
